Steven first joined the business as a forklift driver, quickly becoming a valued member of our warehouse team through his strong work ethic and willingness to learn. His dedication didn’t go unnoticed, and he soon progressed to a warehouse supervisor role.
Keen to continue developing his skills, Steven then moved into a shunter position, gaining valuable experience working with vehicles on-site and building confidence behind the wheel.
All of this has led Steven to where he is today, recently moving into a Class 1 driver role – a major milestone in his career! His journey reflects not only his personal commitment, but also the opportunity for progression within Keedwell Scotland for those willing to grow.
We are incredibly proud of Steven’s progression and we look forward to seeing what he accomplishes next!
